"The room smelled of smoke, the cupboard door fell off when I opened it, the towels and face cloths were old, thin and barely white. The bathroom door had dark stains all along the edge, where people had held the door. The windows were dirty. I decided not to spend the night and checked out the same day. I did not use the room. "
