"I had a terrible experience staying here and would not recommend this location. One of the main reasons we booked this hotel was because it advertised a complimentary airport shuttle to and from LAX. However, when we got on the shuttle at the airport, we were told it would actually cost $10 USD per person for what was literally a 3-minute drive. When we questioned this, the shuttle driver, front desk staff, and even the manager were extremely rude and dismissive, despite us showing proof that...

"The pool and jacuzzi were not heated. We were there for an hour, asked the desk if it was heated and they said it was when you turn on the jets. Unfortunately the jets had been on the whole time and still it was not hot. It was also full of soap bubbles and very dirty. The beds were comfortable, the AC worked well. Everything smelled of bleach which may have been from cleaning or from the laundry by our room. The room was very clean but the shower was crazy slippery- like an ice skating rink...
