"Great place but they need to invest in signs on the grounds. Difficult to know we're you're going, even with maps. Even the multiple buildings need signs. More out door lights and clear signs would be very useful. Beautiful grounds."

"My room was cleaned once in my 8 days stay. Lady in the front desk was nasty. Dog pooped in the hallway. Not a good place to stay again."

"The hotel was a great find. It's easy to get to everything local, it's clean, and we found it nice and quiet on the weekend (no football game that day). The breakfast was decent, especially the self serve waffle maker, and coffee was plentiful. On top of this, I made a mistake with one of our room types and the staff were happy to help. Finally, the UMass campus was beautiful, set in the best of this year's fall foliage."

"The staff was very nice to my grandson and very helpful. Room was great. Only one night but t would recommend it"

"All good"

"Key cards kept locking me out of the room every time I left. Needed staff to give 3 new keycards over the 1 night stay. Tostitos dip was left from previous stay. And bathroom needs a remodel"

"Staff was friendly and very helpful."

"Was a great stay, very clean, quiet, and breakfast was good."
