"When arriving at the hotel looked lovely from outside went entered the reception look like work was being done lady on reception very nice and helpful had few issues entering the room with plastic key card in the room it was very basic bed tele kettle etc walls dirty and headboard on bed very noisy when moving around .in the bathroom there was mould on the ceiling and side of bath the room was very light had a blind but light still came so up early no curtains "

"It is gratyfing to know that there is such a huge range of hotels in London - most of us would love to experience the best (usually the most expensive ones!) but due to financial considerations we find ourselves confined to the lower end of hotel provisions. That said, a one night stay can still be very enjoyable not to mention extremely good value - provided that the basic expectations are met. "Lovely Georgian (I think) buildings. My room on the 4th floor was reached by a narrow staircase which had me puffing carrying luggage room was small but adequate. The only complaint I had was the reasonably priced English breakfast was very mediocre. Some toast and butter would have been nice. "
