"Clean room. Good breakfast. Had to take your used towels down to front desk and pick up clean ones. Nice pool & hot tub. TV/cable hard to navigate menu & change channels. Fire place not working but knew that before booking room & it’s 85 degrees out, we didn’t care. 🙂 Good location for visiting Charlevoix, Boyne City, Petoskey MI. Called prior to arrival to change room to first floor & I believe her name was Renee, got that done for us. She was one of the nicest staff person I’ve talked to!👍...

"Check in was wonderful. Its akways nuce after a long car ride to be geeeted with a nice friendly person with a great attitude. I brought my fishing pole to try the channel by the hotwl and the maintence guy not only pointed my in the right direction and gave me some suggestions he also let me use his net! A complete stranger. That doesnt happen anymore. Will definetly stay there again, every time i go to charlevoix!"

"We have family in Petoskey and we stay here every year when we come to visit. The pool and hot tub are a great place to hang out with our family as well as the living room and full kitchen in the one of the suites. It is like having an apartment. There are only two of the suites so book ahead. The staff is always friendly, the rooms are modern and clean. Breakfast is on par with Holiday Inn Express, etc. We will be back next year"
