"My room was in horrible shape. Visible dead bugs under the bedding, dirty & damaged walls and doors. The front desk is behind bullet-proof glass. There were suspicious characters in the parking lot and the property does not lock their doors at night.
It felt unsafe from a health and crime perspective."
