"The hotel was a great find. It's easy to get to everything local, it's clean, and we found it nice and quiet on the weekend (no football game that day). The breakfast was decent, especially the self serve waffle maker, and coffee was plentiful. On top of this, I made a mistake with one of our room types and the staff were happy to help. Finally, the UMass campus was beautiful, set in the best of this year's fall foliage."

"Key cards kept locking me out of the room every time I left. Needed staff to give 3 new keycards over the 1 night stay. Tostitos dip was left from previous stay. And bathroom needs a remodel"

"This review is for the hotel. I stayed two nights (September 18 and September 19). Room #2. I am wondering if the sheets and the comforter were laundered before my arrival. The body smell from them was unbearable. Also all lights (the floor lamp and two lamps on the night stands) did not work. I know this is an inexpensive hotel (actually, not that inexpensive after all) but these things are absolutely necessary at any place where people stay."
