"We based our decision to stay at a comfort inn on previous experience. Unfortunately, we were disappointed. This hotel needs some attention. I book two separate stays at this hotel within a week. We visited family out of state and stopped in Lancaster on our way down and back. I probably should have changed the reservation after the first visit but didn't. "The property was not well maintained. There was no elevated. The hallways and stairs were filthy. An employee was sweeping the rug when what it really needed was to be vacuumed, better yet a new carpet altogether. The room was ok as far as being clean. The inside door was extremely dirty with handprints as if it hasn’t been wiped down in a very long time. There is counter space by the sink to put your bathroom necessities.
