This was my first time staying here and it will not be my last. We had a nice time here. The staff is very caring. The hot tub was not something I expected in a caboose. The caboose was clean and comfortable. Definitely something I will remember.

The Red Caboose Motel was way cooler and incredible than we imagined. The views are fantastic, the staff is the friendliest, nice breakfast at their train restaurant and our caboose was comfortable and clean. We can’t wait to be back!!!

First time staying here. It was very clean and welcoming. Was very neat to stay at a train motel and parking right in front of your train car. Staff very polite and informative. Would so recommend this stay. Next time i will do more around the facility. I was just looking for a place to stay while i attended a show at sight and sounds theater. And found this place will definitely come back. With family and grandchildren.

A delightful, off the beaten path accommodation! Absolute must for train lovers. We arrived just before the last train of the day passed by, and felt it down to our toes. Dinner at Casey Jones (a real vintage dining car) was delicious. Our caboose "room" was clean and comfortable. Highly recommend.

It’s an experience to have once in a while. Hotels are the same everywhere and this is a complete game change. You can actually park next to your room. Breakfast at Casey Jones will fill you up as the portions are generous and very very good value.

No ammeneties, rooms were nice, Rooms were not very quiet as I could hear the people in the other part of the train come in and talk/cry and snore. :( we had the two room mail car that apparently had another room on the other end. The staff was great at the resturant were very nice but they needed more than one waitress. We had a fairly long wait. Good thing we had family to talk to that we had not seen in awhile. Warning the caboose couples room is fairly small if you are going to stay long you might want a bigger room. Parking was excellent.

It was so much fun to stay in a caboose! The accommodations were great—simple, clean, had everything we needed. The staff was so attentive. We were running late, and Christine stayed to wait for us. This place is really special - it's a good experience, the staff is so nice, the restaurant is on site, and there are animals to visit. With all that said, the room itself was pretty shabby. The beds were wildly uncomfortable , the blankets had other people's hair embedded in it, and the cars/rooms are just run down. We were sad to leave the place in general but not the room itself.
