"It was our second time staying at the property, the last time was about 5 years ago. We had a few problems this time and although we did get a response to our message, nobody was sent out for several days to fix the issues. We were told somebody is coming in 15 mins when we were out so we missed them, i think giving notice would be a good idea. Our main concern was the fridge was intermittently going warm and all our food got spoiled. My young son drank some fresh orange juice that we had...
