"We got to town earlier than expected and the hotel was able to accommadate us. And when we had to leave early for a family emergency, it was no problem at all. The people were all very nice, the room was amazing. I would definitely refer them to others. "

"On the 2nd & 3rd floors both ice machines out of service…finally found one on the 4th that was working… bathroom did not have any rods to hang bath towels…shower did not have a grab bar on the wall…breakfast was very good…"

"A quick overnight stay while visiting friends in the area. Hotel felt like an oasis in the middle of nowhere but we didn't travel any further west and in rural NY a whole town could have been hidden around the next hill or bend. Hotel was exceptionally quiet, we were the only guests around when we went down for breakfast; food was good and the quiet setting was perfect for the hangover I was nursing lol. "

"Overall had a great stay. Would have been 5 star except for a couple issues. Was not aware that there is no front desk for check-in/check-out, everything is done through email or texting. Also no microwave or refrigerator in the room, but there is a community kitchen. But even with those complaints was still a 4 star stay. Beautiful room, gives the feel of an individual apartment and not a hotel. Tastefully decorated. Nice quiet lil small town. I was in the Green Suite."
