"The owners listed the entire house was available. It wasn’t. Then the owners say that our daughter couldn’t come to the house at all. The house was not Kid friendly. We were planning my daughter’s birthday weekend. She just needed to stay with him for 30 minutes for the surprise we were preparing. "
