"This hotel was very central to Avignon so we could use it as a good homebase while exploring the town. The room worked for four of us to sleep comfortably. We also had air conditioning which was a relief after traveling and staying in places that did not have air conditioning. The front desk was very friendly and responsive whenever we had questions. "We stayed there just one week after its opening, and it’s clear the property has a lot of promise. The location is excellent, the design is tasteful, and the atmosphere is refined. However, as with any brand-new hotel, there are still quite a few operational kinks to work out. From service coordination to small details, you can tell the team is still finding its rhythm. While we enjoyed our stay, I couldn’t help but think it would be a more seamless experience after six months of fine-tuning. I look forward to returning once it’s fully up and running.
