"I really enjoyed my stay at Hostal El Olivo, the staff are very friendly and welcoming. The room i stayed in was very clean with new towels and bedding changed everyday. The air conditioning also worked very well in the room. The hotel is also conveniently located in the centre of Granada. Theres lots of lovely bars and restaurants along the same street as the hotel, I strongly recommend the Abra Pampa Taberna next to the hotel. Hostal El Olivo Thank You Christopher Hampton"

"Hotel needs a lot of work. Although i was less bothered because price wasn't the most expensive and i only come back to sleep, the hotel is very noisy and dirty and rooms are in a rough shape, the daily cleaning is not bad, but the base state of the hotel is very bad : - you can hear everything, other guests coming and going, people going up/down stairs, zero sonor isolation... - Dirty walls and cracked ceiling, - veery small and moldy shower. - very old furniture "

"Great place to stay outside oldtown in Granada. A 10.minute drive or 30.min walk to downtown. Quiet neighborhood, easy paking and very friendly hosts. Rooms are spacy and extremely clean. Excelent value for a great hotel. Would feinitely stay again."

"This was an amazing place to stay. The couple running the hotel were so welcoming and the food they provide is lovely. The rooms are actually caves and are therefore a bit dark but that was part of the character. The room facilities are quite basic and the bed was uncomfortable. However the one star rating should lead you to lowering your expectations. There is a pool which wasn't heated but hey, it was there and was refreshing on a hot day. The location is fabulous. Amazing views of snow capped...
