This hotel was frankly much nicer than I expected. The room itself was quite spacious. The staff were helpful and I would say it was excellent value for money. The location was fine: it was not far from most places in Granada city areas one would want to visit on a 3-4 days trip. The room had a mini bar, but also some snacks sitting by the TV. The snacks are not complementary, which is fine. Just a bit confusing since I did not see a sign outlining prices. Not a big deal. Overall would definitely recommend.

The people at the front desk were VEEEERY GOOOOD. The male person we started with was just great, and the young lady we continued with, after parking the car, was beautiful - the outlook as well as her manners (have to point out, that my wife was 100% of the same opinion 😉). Sorry I didn't memorized theirs names ☹️ Also. The room was very nice, the location good, so almost a ***** experience (almost, because nothing is perfect). Definitely a hotel I would recommend 👌

The decor in the lobby was lovely. Staff were friendly efficient. Secure parking was great though with a large car, a bit of a challenge. Slightly hard to locate at first glance. Go past the main building & sharp turn right immediately down a narrow steep ramp. Liked the coffee machine in room. Only complaint no plugpoint next to bed to charge phone. Will definitely use again.

Although the staff was helpful, I was told their printer had no internet connection only to find out that it did. We ate at the restaurant connected to the hotel. I had the salmon taco and instantly threw up. It smelled fishy and tasted really bad.

I liked the decoration and aesthetics of the hotel and the staff at the counter. In the 3 days I didn't go swimming in any of them, despite the extreme temperature. because the area is too small for so many people and on top of that there is no separate pool for the kids which makes it even more confusing. The room is satisfactory and so is the breakfast area. But I'm not considering going back.
