"This was an amazing place to stay. The couple running the hotel were so welcoming and the food they provide is lovely. The rooms are actually caves and are therefore a bit dark but that was part of the character. The room facilities are quite basic and the bed was uncomfortable. However the one star rating should lead you to lowering your expectations. There is a pool which wasn't heated but hey, it was there and was refreshing on a hot day. The location is fabulous. "All the staff were super friendly and helpful. Thank you to Jose for sorting out our ski pass and Victor for kitting us out. Can hire full ski equipment on site, easy to manage and good price. Would recommend trying to get a pass to take the parador up to the hostel, as it's quite a trek from the bus station if you're dragging a suitcase. Room was perfect and excellent value. Clean, warm, , plenty of room for storage and hanging, powerful shower. Wide variety of food for breakfast to get you...
