"I didnt stay there i was booked to stay there for 3 days got there they started shouting and aggressive saying closed down closed down, i have travelled a lot around the world that was the worse experience of my life, i still don't kow to this day were they closed ir let my room go for more money thats the feeling i got, i dont know why any company have them for booking, STAY AWAY"

"I have stayed in this hotel on a previous visit to Fuengirola. I decided to book it again because it is a very clean, comfortable hotel in an excellent location being only 5 minutes walk from the train and bus stations and only 2 minutes from the beach. The staff are very pleasant and helpful. Check in was quick and easy. The room I got on this visit, however, was not as spacious or bright as on my previous visit. There was no wardrobe, only an exposed hanging rail with just 2 hangers on it....

If people fail to follow the check in instructions they are sent when they book then the owner can’t be held responsible for that. We pre-registered our details and I contacted the hotel by WhatsApp the day before. We were sent all the required information for self check in and other usual information. "The Hotel Casabermeja is an excellent place to overnight en route from or to Malaga. It is a good example of a traditional Spanish travellers' stopping place. We arrived at 22.55 and, even though the kitchens close at 23.00, they stayed on and gave us an excellent supper.
