"We had an excellent experience. Our check in was easy, the rooms were great. The hotel restaurant and pub was just perfect and the walk to town and beach area was very easy and quick. The staff was friendly and looked after everything that we could have needed. We enjoyed ourselves so much that we would come back to this hotel again. Highly recommend. "

"PROS: Great location, near train station, not too many steps up. Very convenient the private parking in La Spezia (the public parking at the La Spezia train station gets full by mid-morning). Clean, comfortable apartment. Staff responsive via phone, gave great advice on restaurant and baggage storage. CONS: the only window gives on to an adjacent wall. Staff not responsive to Expedia messages. Micro bathroom. Don't let the check-in guy break your passport to take a picture of it!"

"Just a quick walk away from the beach, but tucked away from the main traffic area, Albergo Annabella was a perfect retreat from the busy beachfront. The room was recently renovated and very clean and the staff was extremely accommodating and helpful to use during our stay. I would happily return for a stay at this property or recommend any family friends or acquaintances to stay in the future."

"The property is centrally located. There are lots of stairs to the property and steep stairs to the unit. Felt safe and the location was quiet. Room and bathroom were clean. The AC struggled to keep the room cool. Overall the stay was nice and would recommend. "

"on positive side - parking, owners attitude and room. All nice! On negative - might be irrelevant for others, but the church bells going off every 30 mins... Truth to be told - Bonassola is what we decided to all one of "Our places" to come back and enjoy. But those church bells... who on earth needs exact time during night? 1 in 1000 people?"
