"The location was great. Close to the train and the beach...As noted the stairs are steep and the shower...not so much the size inside but the door was very tight to get inside. No housekeeping during our stay. The room was good otherwise. "

On one of the days we stayed there, there was a concert right below the unit’s balcony and it lasted very late during the night, which made it very hard for us to sleep. "

"We were first presented with a list of extra fees for doing things such as leaving dishes in the sink (40 Euros), clogging the toilet (100 euros), not sorting the garbage properly into four separate bins (35 euros). The staircase is extremely steep and unsafe. Our children were not happy with the wifi rule not allowing streaming or gaming. On the positive side, the apartment is in a great location and has a washing machine"

"Great, comfortable accommodation close to the centre of Corniglia. Very close to the sunset spot. Easy check in with a code. Once the crowds had gone the area was very quiet. The staff member we met was friendly and showed us where to get more tea and coffee. We enjoyed 3 lovely days here. Would highly recommend."
"Take note that the ad says stay in Riomaggiore but the room is in Manarola. So make sure you have the location and directions so you know where to go!!
You also need to get room entry instructions from the host via WhatsApp. Ensure you have this ready as you do your check in because there is no staff at the location to assist you to get in.

There is a great restaurant Trattoria Billy which is only a 2 minute walk from the room. They are excellent!!"

"We met Michael at the train station and he carried my bag to my room!! Many many steps straight up to a beautiful room with a view of the Liguarian Sea. Paolo gave us a map, and basically helped us decide our itineary, where we had openings. He helped us get our hiking and train tickets purchased at a discount. Get in step climbing shape prior to coming. There are many steps in Cinque Terre area. Book a room with a view!!"

"Good location. Views as advertised. Arrived by train. Easy walk up road or take the bus to the home. Or take the 380 steps up if you’re not carrying luggage. Easy walk into town less than 5 minutes. 10 minute walk to blue trail north or south bound. Trains to other towns every 15 minutes. No ferry service but trains are simple and frequent. Purchased 3 day pass for rails and trails pass at the train station saves time and makes everything simple. "
