"This was an all around amazing experience. We stayed in the whale suite which had amazing views of ocean and cliff sides. We saw a pod of dolphins before dinner. Dinner was made there by an excellent chef. Highly recommend staying here."

"This is one of our favorite half-way stops on our way down to Cape Town. Wildernis is a quant little town with world-class restaurants and The Wildernis Hotel is such a great place to stay. Lovely pool, padel, tennis and mini-golf facilities. Excellent breakfasts! And very, very friendly staff."
"i liked how quaint the video place was! the our place was beautiful and i loved being able to walk around the property. the only note i had was there were a few ants during my stay but it didnāt bother me. "
"Wish we had been able to stay another night as we loved this place so much. It's in such a beautiful spot with spectacular views over the bay.
Reception staff were all so friendly and welcoming and we had a fantastic dinner in the on-site restaurant that night with great customer service too.
Worth noting, there is a fairly long and steep hill to the shops/cafes/restaurants in the town so if you had mobility issues that may be a problem (unless you were driving)."
"Very relaxed atmosphere, however we didnt get the room we wanted even afyer booking well in advance. Addditionally, the shower did work. A pity given the scenery and the hotel setting."
