"STAY AWAY!!! The place is a dump. There was actual poo on the floor in the restroom off the lobby. When we told them we couldn't stay because if was such a dump, they refused to refund ANY of our money even though we never stayed there. "

There was an area as part of the hotel to get food and drink at the appropriate times which was simple. Unfortunately due for time we were unable to partake on the breakfast (which was available for a reasonable price added, especially being in Amsterdam which can be quite pricey) but it sounded lovely. "From the time that I arrived to the time that I left, they really treated me as best they could, also managed to find a room on the first floor due to my health condition. Alway was extremely professional and friendly. A modest place but clean and well located. Comfortable bed, breakfast was fresh every day. I can definitely recommend it including family. Thanks a lot for the warm welcome. Def I'll be back."
