"The apartment is located in an excellent position to access all the main sights including Anne Frank's House, Rembrandt's House, Dam Square, etc. and close to centraal staion for easy travel to other parts of the Netherlands and Schipol Airport. The apartment is on the 3rd floor with excellent facilities and a wonderful view over the canals. I thoroughly recommend the apartment and the host, Jesse, who was very helpful throughout our stay."

"Traveling with granddaughter: Great location: easy walk to bakery, food shops, trolleys(buses) & train station for day trips Well equipped: comfortable beds, large living room with windows (could open) overlooking a canal, laundry ( with soap), expresso machine (with pods) & refrigerator included a bottle of wine & 2 waters. Host response: greated us at door, quick response to fix a minor issue. Really made our stay in Amsterdam so special."

"Good. except for wind blowing through the window at the top of the stairs rattling the door all night. Couldn’t close the window. And drainage issue which brought swerage up through the shower drain when draining the kitchen sink with a foul smell."

"We absolutely enjoyed our stay. The location is perfect! It's really close to the beach and just a two minute walk away from the sand dunes. Venturing around the dunes with my dog off-leash, exploring, was incredible. Zandvoort was just an amazing little town. Jeannette was a great host. She was very responsive to our messages and immediately sent over help when we needed it. "This apartment is in a perfect location and the pictures are exactly what you get. There are 2 very large bedrooms with 2 good sized baths. We were greeted with a great bottle of wine, which was so appreciated after our long travels (Thank you Daan!) We had an issue with no hot water and a broken hair dryer (which we were alerted to by Daan). The hot water was fixed relatively quickly (needed a new part), and the hair dryer was replaced that same day. Later in our stay, the heat stopped...

"The apartment is in a fantastic locale and was clean and orderly. Host provided personal visit to explain how everything operated. Felt very comfortable even with 4 adults. Convenience of being steps to the tram. Restaurants and cafes galore within an easy stroll."

"John and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay with Erwin and Karin. Our space was comfortable, everything you could possibly need if you were to actually cook. Bed, adjustable and comfortable. Stairs up to the apartment are 3 levels and are very steep and difficult if you have knee issues or breathing/heart issues. You have to keep in mind that you have to carry your luggage. We are in our 60's and we managed. All in all I would give Erwin and Karin 10/10! Amsterdam is awesome!"

"I highly recommend this location for a short visit in Amsterdam. The apartment was very clean and is walkable to local restaurants and bars, Amsterdam Centraal (about 35 min walk) the Van Gogh and Rijksmuseums, and more. Martijn was very friendly and available if we.needed him during our stay."

"Fantastic , beauitful appartment. Clean an in a excellant centre location. Everything you need in short walk. Very friendly owner, great management team, was easy to pick up keys from office a few doors down. Only negative was the stairs up to appartment were very steep. Would recommend fans in summer , warm weather being a loft conversation it gets very warm. Overall excellant stay"

"Our host, Sebastian, was a true gentleman from beginning to end. We spent 8 days in this apartment after taking a transatlantic cruise. Sebastian was kind to greet us when we arrived early and stowed our suitcases. From there, he had maps and area information readily available, answered questions promptly, furnished fresh towels half-way through our stay, and even offered to mail our package back to the States for us. "Mario was the best host; so easy to communicate with and genuinely kind. We appreciate his responsiveness and the laundry service. The apartment is large, comfortable for 6 people (we had 5). There is not a lift and the stairs can be challenging if you are above floor 2. The apartment is well stocked and furnished. Location is great; right in the heart of De Wallen. We would stay here again for sure. "

"Wir waren mit unserem 10-jährigen Sohn zum ersten mal in den Niederlanden (Juni 2015). Die Nähe zum Strand war wunderbar. Die Wohnung war sehr sauber und bot uns dreien viel Platz. Sie war schön eingerichtet und wir haben nichts vermisst. Wir kommen gerne wieder. Eine Info, wo die Waschmaschine zu finden ist und wie der Müll zu entsorgen ist, wäre hilfreich gewesen. Darüber haben wir auch keine Infos in der Wohnung gefunden."

"Lovely place with a great sized room and very easy to commute to and from into Amsterdam. Good set of amenities! Very easy to go upstairs and grab food or drinks too if you want. Staff were extremely helpful and friendly. For 3 guests in one room, a nice touch would be a small chest of drawers somewhere maybe for clothes. "

"Nice and clean hotel with very good facilities like a gym and pool table. Located within a few stops for the airport and has good access to public transport to the city centre. The hotel staff team were excellent and very responsive to any queries. "

"The July is a comfortable, clean, modern hotel in a quiet residential section of town. The hotel restaurant is good. Outside seating options make for a pleasant meal or cocktail. The staff is polite and attentive. Getting to and from the hotel to sights and restaurants is always a taxi or Uber. Nothing is within walking distance. Expect $15 to $20 for each ride by Uber. Taxis are mych more and should be avoided. "
