Staff is very friendly and the room service is good. We had a double with private bathroom. Small but comfortable. The area around the hotel was really dirty though. Great location near the train station and good restaurants so it made up for the rest around.

The property was having renovations done while we were there, however it didn't effect our stay. The reception area was beautifully decorated and the room was nice and cozy. The beds were very comfortable so we slept soundly. The bathroom was lovely and shower easy to use. Really enjoyed my stay.

I cannot complain about our stay. The hotel messages through the app asking for an approximate check in time which I thought was good and reassuring as a guest knowing someone would definitely be at reception. All the staff are friendly, polite and on hand in the reception 24 hours a day. The staff are also very knowledgeable about the local area too. To say the location was literally around the corner from the red light district, you could not hear any noise from the outside so we always got a good nights sleep. The hotel was very clean and tidy throughout our stay. The only improvement I could suggest was in our double room, it was 2 single mattresses and duvets pushed together, a double would have been better. The price was very reasonable, and less than 10 mins walk from Amsterdam Centraal. I would definitely recommend this hotel and I will certainly return in the future.

Odalar çok soğuk içeri deki kaloriferler gece uyuduktan sonra kapatılmış .ayrıca çok merdiven basamağı çok çıkarken baya yoruluyorsun ve çok dik düşme şansın da olabilir . Geceyi soğuk geçirdik. Ama merkeze ve heryere inanılmaz yakın .bu büyük bir avantaj.
