"This property was beautiful and very clean. Staff are super friendly and accomodating. It is a bit out the way from main areas of Hakuba. However, the hotel does have a shuttle bus, only on a limited schedule though. "

"Stay was amazing ! Mr Fukushima was so kind - he helped us with discounted lift tickets, picked us up from the train station and took us grocery shopping. Location was right at the Iwatake gondola. Please note the unit is in traditional Japanese style - sleeping on the floor with Japanese pillows (very different to western pillows). Highly recommend !"

"Location is convenient - out the jr station, up the escalator and it’s the lift lobby of the hotel. It’s also right beside the dentetsu line which gets to tateyama. Room and toilet is spacious, had a comfy stay! Breakfast selection was hearty too!"

"Our stay at the hotel Vischio in Toyama was fantastic. The location is incredibly convenient—just a short walk from Toyama Station, making it easy to explore Toyama and beyond.
Our room was very clean and featured outstanding mountain views, which made our stay even more enjoyable. We also appreciated the variety of great dining options available right within the hotel complex—especially on the 3rd and 4th floors of the hotel’s mall. It was so convenient to have delicious meals just steps away from our room.

"Check out was smooth and good. I was able to check out early and was given a refund with a small cancelation feel. I mistakenly reserved a smoking room which was my mistake but I was unable to change the room due to no vacancies. Amenities were very good and the room was comfortable for the price. It was conveniently located and near the main station.
