"Serenity Island is beautiful and the snorkeling around the island was amazing! The staff at Serenity were wonderful and treated us like family! We enjoyed their beautiful singing everyday and the meals were delicious! We loved our ocean front Burre! Note for management purchasing more complete paddle boards with fins & paddles, and kayaks & paddles and snorkel gear to allow for more guests to enjoy the water sports would make experience even better."

"The resort is a lovely place to stay and we will definitely be back. We did notice the staff were very busy this time so it was more difficult to get the room serviced and being in the rooms closer to the entrance we found louder with travellers coming and going"

"The front desk staff are lovely and very helpful. The room was specious and clean. However could improve with adding some water bottles to the fridge for newly arrived guests. There are not many food options around other than the supermarket on the grand floor so have dinner to bring take away food with you if you are not planning to travel to a restaurant to get a bite to eat."

"It’s paradise. You are invited to switch off and spend the day by the pool, at the beach, on the hammock or day beds if you want to do some activities, there are plenty free and paid to choose from. Staff is attentive and friendly, but most importantly, seem to be genuinely happy to work for the Resort, what definitely counts for the whole experience. "

"The resort is beautiful with lots of tropical trees & flowers, feels like you’re in a jungle on the beach! The staff is the highlight because they’re so nice & accommodating! They go above & beyond to help the guests! They even let us stay the day at the resort for free after our check-out. We had a late night flight so they held our luggage for us while we enjoyed the beach, pool, kayaks, bar, restaurant, & even let us take a shower in one of their bungalows before taking a taxi to the airport....

"I would give this resort 10 stars if I could! The resort is gorgeous. I loved the staff, everything was clean, the food was delicious, the drinks (coffee and cocktails) were excellent, and the pool was cool and relaxing. The best part of this property is the reef for snorkeling and the spa. The spa was so nice we went twice for body wraps, massage, and facials. I love, love, love this resort!"

"Property was nice and views were great ! All the amenities we needed and staff were friendly , only negatives was the bathrooms had plumbing issues and driveway was rough to the house , but enjoyed our stay 😊 "

"We’ve stayed here before - great location, very close to Denarau. Can hop on the Bula bus to get anywhere around Denarau but can walk to the main shops and restaurants. Apartments are great and the pool is big and lovely. Nice to look over the golf course too."
