"We found this resort to be much better than we had expected. We only stayed 2 nights and booked for it's convenience to the airport, so were pleasantly surprised as to how nice the resort was and the fact that it didn't feel like it was next to the airport. The only negative experience we had was our checkout. There were people all around reception at the time, I'm assuming checking in and out. There seemed to be a complete lack of organisation, with some of us waiting in line whilst others...

"Airport shuttle service to and from airport was great. Staff were very friendly, food was good"

"Overall, we enjoyed our stay at Nalagi, and everything else was good. However, one area that needs improvement is the luggage assistant service. We had eight pieces of luggage and waited for quite some time for a porter to assist us, both on arrival and departure. After calling reception twice, we were repeatedly told,”he is coming“. Unfortunately, after waiting for more than 30 minutes nobody turned up. Eventually, we decided to move all eight pieces of luggage ourselves. The lift situation was...

"AC works. Everything was dirty. The room was smelly. The pictures must been taken for decates ago, when it was new."

"Pleasant"

"This was a very convenient place to stay . Clean , friendly , nice pool and walking distance to the ferries to the outer islands ."

"10/10"

"Fun place to stay!!"

"The property needs a major overhaul, looks very run down."

"Our room served its purpose as we just needed a place to crash after arriving late into Nadi. Luckily restaurant stays open late to help feed hangry kids on arrival too. All staff were lovely and helpful, which seems quite common with Fijian hospitality. Very welcoming. Room was ok with all basic needs met, but a few small concerns. Our booking was made for 4 people therefore you’d expect 4 bath towels, yet we only had 2 in the room. When we asked for 2 more, only 1 extra was available. Our room...

"Great location on the beach with a sumptuous breakfast and very pleasant staff."

"Need maintenance"

"The staff were very attentive and it made an enjoyable stay. Good bed, clean bathroom with good hot shower. Meals very reasonable and taxi to airport on time and not expensive. Overall very good value for your money. We will be back."

"Friendly staff and services"

"Beautiful! Resort on the beach with gorgeous sunsets. Our bure was terrific and spacious. The staff is very friendly and very helpful. And the breakfast buffet has many delicious selections, plus a view. They didn't mind that we wanted to stay around after checking out, because our flight was in the evening."

"Very welcoming and kind staff. They treat you like a family"

"Disappointed on my 7th stay there ,won't go back with the latest price hikes and extra energy fees , be sure to check your bill at the end as extras were added on too. Still can't use the green pool , poor internet, lack of bar staff , byo salt and pepper, they won't provide $2 coins for pool table, so, not much todo. Shame as it's a good location and good food."

"The room was clean. The breakfast was OK. The staff were great and the airport shuttle was easy."

"The room was spacious and the bed Comfortable. Room had aircon and free Wi-Fi which was very useful. Nice restaurant on site although available menu items were limited. Staff were lovely and helpful."
