To the north is Giant Rock Meeting Room, Giant Rock, La Copine, Integreton, To the South, Yucca Valley grocery stores, Tiny Pony, Copper Room and Awe Bar. To the west, Pioneertown Pappy and Harriets, Red Dog Saloon, Mane Street.

By making a reservation, you are entering into an agreement to adhere to all of the House Rules below, which takes effect at time and date of check-in and ends at check-out. This House Rules agreement is NOT a lease and conveys no rights in real property at any time. Your use is limited to the House Rules defined herein.
1. NO EXTRA GUESTS. You may not exceed the number of guests than what`s on the reservation at any time without prior approval. No additional guests are allowed to enter the property at any time. You must get approval if you wish to have any visitors that are not on the reservation. Any day-guests must be approved prior to arrival.
2. BE MINDFUL OF A/C - Please do not run the A/C units with the windows open, or when A/C is not necessary. Our unique location provides wonderful , cooling cross-breezes through the home, which keep it fresh and cool. If you do choose to run the A/C, please make sure all windows are closed, and turn it off upon departure.
3. NO TOUCHING THE JOSHUA TREES. Joshua trees are highly sensitive, protected plants. As such, there can be no touching, hugging, climbing, etc... We are proud to keep these ancient trees healthy on our property, but ask for your help in their preservation. You may take candid pictures with/near the trees, but please - HANDS OFF.
4. NO BURNING CANDLES OR INDOOR SMOKING. This is a non-smoking home. Any and all smoking should be kept outdoors at least 15 feet away from any exterior doors, and only in our designated smoking area(s). There will be a $250 charge for anyone not honoring this guideline.
5.PLEASE BE RESPECTFUL OF ALL NEIGHBORS. Follow our Good Neighbor Policy of no outside noise after 10pm and before 8am. Guests must refrain from any outdoor music, noise or other disruptions that may cause a disturbance to the community during quiet hours. Failure to respect quiet hours after an initial warning may result in cancellation of your reservation without refund.
6. NO AMPLIFIED MUSIC OUTDOORS AT ANY TIME. We are in a quiet neighborhood where sound travels easily. Please respect the peace and serenity of the desert community and do not play any loud outdoor music. Small bluetooth devices will be permitted only when kept to a personal listening level.
7. KEEP DOORS AND GARAGE CLOSED AT ALL TIMES. There are many beautiful creatures in the desert, including mice and such, that might enter the home looking to escape the heat if doors are open. This could cause infestation and damage. Guests are responsible for keeping all doors closed (front door, sliding doors, and garage).
8. Guests shall allow access to property management vendors or workers during their stay for landscaping, hot tub maintenance, trash removal, any necessary repairs and inspection of premises.
9. NO GLITTER OR CONFETTI ALLOWED. In Addition, please remove all decorations, if any, by check-out time.
10. No glass is allowed near the hot tub area. All food and drinks must be served in plastic containers and dishes.
11. HOT TUB: There is no lifeguard on duty. You swim at your own risk. People can drown or be severely injured by improper use of the hot tub.. Guests agree to assume full responsibility of themselves and their guests (or invitees) and hold the hosts, homeowners, agents, property managers, and any successors harmless of any and all liabilities or claims for their use of the hot tub. Guests must follow safe practices and rules including: - No diving - No intoxicated persons may use hot tub - Shower or rinse feet before entering tub - NO ALCOHOLIC DRINKS in the hot tub.
12. Please clean up after yourself. Any excessive mess will result in a $500 cleaning charge. Thank you in advance for treating our home as if it were your own. :)
13. Illegal or abusive use of the internet is strictly prohibited.
14. Reschedule requests will be handled the same as our cancellation policy.
15. Children 2 years old and above must be included as part of the total guest count. Home is not childproof (ie. Open tub, no outlet protectors, small objects within reach, cacti on property, etc). Safety is our number one priority. You must assume full responsibility for the safety of any children.
16. You must acknowledge there is surveillance recording on the property - ring doorbell at front entrance. There are no recording devices inside or that face the private backyard.
17. Please be respectful of the space. There is valuable artwork, furniture, and one-of-a-kind decor throughout the home. We value honesty... If something breaks, please let us know. If we discover an item is broken, damaged or missing without any prior written notice, we will charge a replacement fee of $100 per item in addition to the actual cost to replace or repair items. If total cost exceeds the deposit amount, we will bill your credit card or collect the funds through the Resolution Center to cover replacement costs of damaged, missing, or broken items.
