The Space:

If you are looking for a clean and affordable place to stay, look no further and stay at the Blue Coyote! We offer a spacious and fenced in backyard, central to the shopping center, restaurants, grocery store, and more. Approximately 4 min drive to the nearest park/playground, 10 min drive to town of Joshua Tree, 19min drive to Joshua Tree Park. Please note FIREPLACE IN MAIN LIVING ROOM AND HOT TUB IS NOT IN SERVICE AT THIS TIME. We couldn't remove it from the photos.



This is a 3 bedroom 2 bathroom home that can accommodate up to 8 persons but better suited for 6 persons since there are only 3 beds. There are 2 couches that can be slept on if you wish but we don't have bedding for that.



Bedroom 1 - There’s a new queen sized bed with brand new covered mattress, night stand, table lamp, and plenty of closet space.



Bedroom 2 - There’s a new queen sized bed with brand new covered mattress, night stand, table lamp, TV, and plenty of closet space. This room has a wall that is shared with the casita.



Bedroom 3 - There’s a new king sized bed with brand new covered mattress, night stand, table lamp, TV, and plenty of closet space. This room has its own private bathroom, separate door to enter the back yard, and its own living room space. There’s a king size 18” tall air mattress available for use if additional sleeping arrangements are needed.



The home has lot's of lighting throughout with a spacious living room and dining room.



The kitchen features brand new stainless steel appliances and we have all the basic cookware, plates, cups, utensils available for your use.



The home is on septic so we ask that guests do not abuse the toilets, put things down the drain that shouldn't be there, or take long showers.



We have Ring doorbell and security cameras on the perimeter of the house.



Guest Access:

The only shared area is the front porch, driveway, garage, and yards. Casita patio and fenced backyard is a separate private area and off limits to guests in main house. There is plenty of onsite parking available for free. We ask that you do not park behind someone else's vehicle, do not park on the front lawn, and do not store anything in the garage without prior written consent of host/landlord.



The Neighborhood:

Conveniently located in Yucca Valley which is just 10 mins from Joshua Tree. A few minutes from Home Depot; Walmart; Panda Express, Chipotle and more. Its location combines convenience and a cozy living space for those seeking a welcoming place to call home.



Other Things to Note:

I have cameras monitoring the front door and the yards. This home has a casita that can accommodate an additional 4 guests. It can be booked (subject to availability). The casita has a private entrance, room, living room, bathroom, kitchenette, rear patio, heating, air conditioning, fully fenced yard, and additional parking. Main house guests are allowed access to front and back yard but NOT the casita back yard. Please message me for link to the listing and for availability if you are interested in booking both.
