King Maker Grand Hotel

"We had a difficult time locating the hotel due to the name confusion. On Expedia it is known as King Maker Grand but the Didi app recognized it as Hautian Hotel. This hotel is in a great location with stores and dining options available near by. The staff was very nice and always available. We picked the Superior double room, balcony, city view. The balcony was not accessible to us, city view but no real access to the balcony (just fyi). The restaurants were also a great option to have, we did not get to try it out. The gym was lackluster. The picture that is on Expedia does not look like the gym equipment that we saw. There were machines missing and needing some updates on the outdated equipment. Also, they offer laundry service and it was a bit pricey compared to everywhere else we got laundry service in China. But if you don’t care about the gym nor laundry, this is the place for you! We had a great stay overall. Thank you"

"The staff were so kind and friendly! Picked us up and dropped us to the airport. I couldn’t have asked for a better stay. Each room is unique in its own way. It is a family run business and they are so kind. Thank you again!!"

"The Rooms were Fantastic , The Breakfast was Adequate , Though There is Room for Improvement. The Staff Was Very Helpful And The Laundry Was a Very Big Boon to the Hotel Guests. . It was Centrally Located to the Tianmen Cable Car and also to Shopping and Dining. Would Definitely Recommend this Property . Will Come Back For Sure."

"The staff were super helpful, offered to help with tours, they also offered to take my bags to the room. Room was spotless, they have a massage area, pool and Gym and more importantly for me a convenience store. I would definitely visit again"

"Perfect for the budget traveller. The address posted on here is wrong. Or at least that might be the address of the other building, they have two. The main address is: HunanZhangjiajieYongdingPengjiapu Unit, Guanli Road No.1-21. This is a family owned place, the husband speaks some English and is very helpful. The wife man's the front desk at the main building and the son on the other. Very clean and close to food and Tianmen Mountain Cableway."
