"Saleem ensured that my check-in was easy and informative. Very friendly and helpful during my recent two-day stay! Ursula was also excellent ensuring that room was cleaned in a timely manner. When I checked out and was waiting for a pick-up, which was delayed, a member of the reception staff offered me access to the executive suite to make my wait more comfortable. I would definitely stay here again."

"Room clean and house keeping staff and reception very pleasant Just a shame about having to pay £7 a day for hotel private parking and it’s not even in the town centre it’s about a 12 minute ride on the bus to the town centre Besides this a very nice hotel"

"Property full of character staff are excellent very helpful and polite we had a comfort room and it was more than adequate for our needs with a large bathroom. Breakfast was super a massive range and choice from full English to toast and jam, cereals or continental a great stay and we will return"

"Very professional and helpful staff on arrival and room ready early. Room was spacious clean and plenty of pillows etc if required. The cleaning staff couldn't do enough for us,we asked and it was done straight away, extremely helpful and Breakfast was top notch ?? A vast selection of hot and cold food? even for the very fussy. As my wife is disabled,we arranged a parking space prior to arrival. Everything was like a dream, when we arrived a space was ready for us, room was ready to and the check in staff was brilliant."
