"I loved the property. It was probably more space than I needed, but great to have a kitchen. Also it was very convenient to the train station and the city center. It was quiet and very comfortable bed."

"We booked this last minute for a date night in Leeds and got a great deal. Our room was spacious and luxurious with a huge bed and a nice view. Staff were excellent - just a really nice hotel - highly recommend!"

"Room was huge with kitchen, living area and huge bed"

"We had a particular room confirmed with the property. The room was not available at check-in despite confirmation. We were given a very substandard room. After a couple of nights one veryhelpful person at reception moved us to a better room which was appreciated. "This hotel is the best hotel I have ever stayed at, it was clean, classy and central to all we needed, staff so friendly, rooms were amazing, absolutely great, will recommend to everyone."

"Clean room, friendly staff, good breakfast, walking distance from everything."

"Great breakfast"

"The hotel itself is great The location is right in the heart of the city with a lot of bars/nightclubs outside. We stayed on a Friday and Saturday night and got no sleep until the clubs closed. We may as well have been in them the music and noise was soooo loud. They don’t close until after 5am !!!! Some might like that but I now very sleep deprived - don’t book here if you need a nights sleep If you can go without then it’s a great hotel"

"A very affordable and good value hotel. Large rooms and clean. Bathrooms have recently been refitted which look nice."

"Nice hotel in a great location. Free breakfast always nice"

"Amazing place - spotless! Will definitely stay here again. Gorgeous suites with beautiful decor."
