"Room was disgusting, walked in and a painting was broken on the floor behind one of the beds, cigarette butts under the bed and hair and discarded food in random spots. This was a cheap stay but I think next year I’d rather go somewhere else than stay in this dirty ashtray."

"The customer service needs improvement. My wife and I ate breakfast at the hotel. The food was put up, and the lights were turned off on us 30 minutes early (9 am instead of 9:30 am). The customer service attendant sighed a couple of times while sweeping near us in the breakfast area. Who knows why? "The property overall is top notch. I was pleased with my King suite, and had a nice view of the property overseeing the pool. The casino was a lot of fun. The staff does well to keep the game floor clean. Service could be improved at the cash center during busy hours, but the staff were all super friendly.
