"Barcelo was an amazing experience. It was always clean and staff were kind. Food was great."

"Все прошло отлично!!!"

"The property ground’s continue to be well maintained but the rooms are beginning to age with upgrades required in the bathrooms, room furniture and drapes/curtains. We had some issues with the rooms and asked the preferred teams to reassign rooms which was quickly supported. The waterpark and dolphin exhibit were both closed and the pool at the caribe was not being cleaned daily near the swim up bar. Meals were good at the restaurants overall but a couple issues stood out with caribe buffet...

"Los restaurantes, increíbles. Mi único comentario de mejora, seria modernizar las televisiones de las suites, pero es un detalle menor."

"In the bathroom exhaust fan doesn't exist which is horrible for the environment and customers. Mold on top of the caulking inside the tub. AC thermostat won't work. Always blowing cold air non-stop."

"The property was very nice and well taken care of. We enjoyed our stay and our concierge was very attentive and helpful. The check in and restaurant reservation process could be improved, but overall we had a great time and an excellent trip."

"Increíble el servicio, el hotel precioso. La atención de todo el personal fue de primera, sobretodo del mayordomo de nuestra zona, fueron super serviciales y amables. Todo fue excelente y pasamos una estancia maravillosa e inolvidable."

"Todo excelente sigan asi tremendo servicio"

"We have stayed here before so had a good idea of what the resort was like. The check in and check out process is tedious and takes longer than it should and the front desk staff are not welcoming. I also made a request in advance for rooms closer to the main building as I was traveling with my elderly parents. We were placed in the furthest building away and it was hard on them to get back and forth from meals. So I was disappointed with our location. I do love the wildlife and proximity to...

"Came back here with my wife for our 5 year anniversary! Originally was Hilton now it’s Hyatt. The hotel personal is always extremely friendly and helpful. The beach is basically non existent (we knew that it wasn’t great from our first visit, so we didn’t care) but now it’s completely washed away. So if you are looking for a beach property this one isn’t the one. On the other hand you can walk over to the hotel next door and the beach was decent there so if you don’t mind walking less than...
