"We had a really nice stay at the Holiday Inn situated at Jing’an. The room was v generously sized and there was a little couch or sitting area. The hotel very kindly prepared a birthday cake and gifted a bottle of wine for my mum’s birthday. The laundry facilities were also excellent and super convenient. The location of the hotel was ideal for us as we were travelling to/from Shanghai train station and the station was in easy walking distance (even with luggage)! The one improvement that the hotel could work on is better training for the front desk staff - All other staff was super kind and helpful (including the security guards) but the front desk staff were quite dismissive when we were checking in or when we had questions on directions etc. "

"Absolutely loved our stay here, the view from our room was amazing. The whole staff is extremely helpful from the moment you arrive till the day you check out, the small details really made our stay memorable, there is someone always near to help you with anything that you need. The area is great near tons of shopping, restaurants, coffee shops, north bund park. Area is safe , clean, absolutely worth the price. Rooms are very modern and you have everything you could possibly need. The breakfast was also great lots of variety and they do change it up everyday. Highly recommend this hotel. Loved the birthday treat they left in my room too !"

"Check-in was easy and were given a list of nearby restaurants. The building is connected to a mall and the subway. Travel is easy. The Bund area is a subway ride and a short walk away. Easy access to the night cruise as well. The room was spacious so you can entertain guests.We are already planning our next trip. "

"I loved our stay at Sheraton Shanghai Pudong Riverside. I booked 3 river view rooms and the view of the huangpu river and bridge is truly amazing weather day or night. Food in the breakfast buffet were all delicious and they vary some dishes every day. Rooms are very clean and the staff are assistive. The only bad thing we noticed is the room lighting wherein the switches control multiple lights so if you cannot specifically turn on just a single light especially in the bathroom if you want to use it while not disturbing your roommate’s sleep because the bathroom partition is just glass with switch-on frosted effect. Light passes through and lights up the room. Also the closets dont have lighting. Other than these, we had a wonderful at the hotel."
