The Randolph Hotel Oxford, a Graduate by Hilton

10/10 Excellent

"Parking and directions to avoid local congestion charge. Check. Suggestions for local dining. Check. Prompt help in requesting rollaway bed for Matriculation Day drunk relative. Check."

Leonardo Royal Hotel Oxford

10/10 Excellent

"We had to move rooms initially as the wall heater had been left on and it was uncomfortably hot, plus there was a really bad smell (although the room looked cean). Hotel staff helpful and assigned new room without any fuss. Main negative is that half the hotel does not appear to have a lift so we had to haul suitcases up and down stairs. The second room was accessible by lift so much easier. Following that hiccup......rest of stay was very pleasant. Room comfortable and clean. Nice shower products. Amazing breakfast with loads of choice. Spent some time in pool area. Then trip into Oxford which was about 10 mins by car. Perfect location."

Milton Hill

8/10 Good

"Great service and friendly staff, but food prices don't match the portion sizes I had a pleasant stay at the hotel, largely thanks to the excellent service. The staff were incredibly accommodating and friendly throughout my visit, with a special shout-out to the team managing reception and the two members of staff manning the bar, who were fantastic. My only real complaint lies with the food. As a business traveller, I am used to paying a premium for hotel dining, but I usually expect that higher price point to be reflected in the portion sizes. While I understand and appreciate the concept of fine dining, the starter and main course I ordered simply did not represent value for money—describing the portions as "small" would be an understatement. Furthermore, some items on my main course were swapped out without prior warning and just passed off as okay. I decided not to complain at the time because the food itself tasted nice and I didn't want to put the serving staff under pressure, but the overall dining experience was disappointing. It is a lovely hotel with wonderful service, but the restaurant needs to look at its value for money and portion sizes. The breakfast was buffet so the size was self managed"

Malmaison Oxford

10/10 Excellent

"Such an amazing stay! Loved the genuine cell block structure. Room was so spacious. Loved the bathtub. Location was exactly what we needed close to Westgate Shopping and Pembroke College only a quick walk to those areas as well as many dining options. Will definitely return in future."

Vanbrugh House Hotel

8/10 Good

"Staff were really helpful and friendly, room was clean and location was fantastic - right in the centre of town which good coffee and restaurants etc almost directly outside."

Linton Lodge Hotel, BW Signature Collection

8/10 Good

"The room is really clean and comfortable, breakfast is really good"

Village Hotel Swindon

8/10 Good

"Plenty of parking and shops (Asda) is close by. The gym downstairs is well kitted out with machines/free weights. The room had plenty of room & a desk to work at if needed? It was a shame that the refurbishment was going on around the hotel during my stay but it wouldn't stop me from using it again!"

ORIDA Hotels Newbury

10/10 Excellent

"Overall very pleased with my one night stay after long drive from Scotland. Bar food was very good and breakfast was also very good! Breakfast was at 7:00 but on arriving soon after it was obvious that the bus tour passengers had been earlier as lots of buffet was awaiting refills, Down side was room was very cold on arrival and took a while to become bearable!."

Courtyard by Marriott Oxford City Centre

8/10 Good

"Staff was very nice. Property and rooms were just okay. A little surprised this is considered a 4 star hotel."
