"Review based on our stay in room 1006. for our two night stay. The room was very spacious, comfortable and clean for our two night stay. Parking was easy (though tight and very low clearance) and the hotel was accessibly directly from the car park. My only gripe was that our room was facing the building’s air conditioner unit which was quite noisy throughout the stay. "Everything about the View was great. The rooms were as described, amazing views, the restaurant delivered quality food at great prices and staff were friendly and helpful. My only negatives would that the breakfast buffet wasn’t very hot, and staying above the train lines was very noisy. I wish i had known how loud and close the trains were and how much it would impact my sleep so i could have requested a room on a higher floor. Perhaps complimentary ear plugs would help but otherwise happy with...

"Couldn't use dining both days we needed because of private parties. Room wasn't ready at 5pm when we checked in. Food was horrible. Definitely not normal Shang-gra-la qualify."
