I really appreciated the friendly concierge staff. One of the concierge's got my room safe to work properly and the whole team was patient and friendly. The buffet breakfast was superb and the discounted three course dinner was done really well. The rooms just need to be updated a tiny bit, that is the only improvement that I can think of.

We stay here often. You can't beat the price, view and service. Easy parking on site at a fraction of the cost of the CBD. The metro isn't far, as is the railway - 20m up the road. Food is good and bar service lovely. A go to i Sydney!

The rooms are a bit tired and with the railway line passing next to the hotel, I was on the 7th floor and still hear the train passing, went down to the 1st floor and you can feel the building vibrating, breakfast was good, you can also hear the people talking next door

The hotel met all of our expectations and more. All the staff were very friendly and polite. The food was good. The rooms were spacious and clean. My husband and I have stayed at the View multiple times, possible nearly 20 times. It is it go to placebo to stay whenever we venture into the city. The views at night you will never tire of. The buffet breakfast has a lovely range to choose from, sure to please everyone. Parking is an additional $40/night, which is very reasonable for the city.

Good location for easy two stop train journey into Sydney Harbour area. Great views from room, a little bit noisy when trains pass beneath hotel. Great underground parking. Unfortunately, renovations being carried out to restaurant during our short stay, nice bar.
