"After a long day, we checked into our room and discovered bugs. It wasn’t the welcome I was hoping for. We had our young kids with us, and I couldn’t risk them, myself, or my husband getting bitten. There was also an unpleasant smell in the room and lobby which made us leave immediately. I was recommended this hotel to stay in but I will not be staying here again."

"Room was spotless with decent view of the mountains and theme park. Front desk staff were friendly and happy to do a pre-check-in as we arrived hours early, and the bell desk was excellent allowing us to leave our bags with them for free, both on the day of arrival and on the day of departure. The only weak spot is the concessions vendors. The grab and go snack options are very limited and the coffee shop subpar (and has limited hours). The restaurants are good, but expensive. Better food options are close by at Citywalk, if you’re willing to walk over there."

"It was a pretty decent play for being in such a busy and popular section of Burbank. The staff were quick to respond to any questions or concerns. The rooms were very quiet and very comfortable. I would definitely come back again on our next visit "

"We got in after a long day from being out. Came to the hotel and let’s just say when you walk in there’s a smell that you just know something is up. We got to our room and first let me tell you I am not the one to leave a room, but when you find bugs in the room, it was a hell no, and I had my kids with me. "
