"Hidden parking fee of $37.00 per night. No hot water for shower. Location is right next to highway and I had the street side. Car alarms and Harley's driving by at 1:45am. Staff can't really do much, they appeared to do their best with what they have. I pick the wrong spot for me."

"This hotel was really cute & even told my family I wanted to come back since we didn’t get to enjoy it much due to only staying 1 night & exploring Hollywood we didn’t get to enjoy the pool or bar area. That was until I got home & my bank notified me that the hotel was trying to charge my card multiple times with random amounts. I immediately called and they said it’s mini bar charges for wine & beer.. what? I never touched anything in that fridge & the manager responded with well what about water? Anything? No one drank anything out of the fridge.. it was $100 then $34 … nothing in that bar was that much so really confused why that would happen… beware and monitor your account after leaving because they definitely tried to take my money for nothing!! "

"A peaceful and quiet retreat. The perfect location for writers or creatives. Our host, Frances, was gracious and thoughtful. Attention to every detail was taken into consideration in furnishing and stocking this efficient guest house. The decor is bright and cheery with lovely artwork. The bedrooms are spacious and comfortable. The kitchen is small but incredibly well organized. The bathroom has a large walk-in shower. Parking is afe and right outside the door. This is a great place for anyone with mobility issues as there are only one or two small steps inside and outside the unit. There is an amazing collection of DVDs and books. You could easily stay occupied here without having to leave for days. There's also a charming, private patio with plenty of seating for relaxing or having your morning coffee outside. Thoughtful additions like an earthquake kit and flashlights were appreciated. It was so peaceful and quiet, we both slept like babies. And, above all, everything was sparkling clean. Highly recommend this jewel in the Hollywood Hills. "
