This spacious apartment is located on the second floor of a modern complex with only six apartments, offering a peaceful and private setting. With atmospheric details, a south-facing balcony and access to a shared garden, it is a comfortable choice for a couple or a family.Living area: The bright living room has a high ceiling reaching up to the ridge, creating an open and airy feel. It is furnished with a three-seater sofa, separate armchairs, a footstool, and a coffee table.Dining area: The dining area is part of the living space and offers seating for six people, making it a pleasant place for shared meals.Kitchen: The open kitchen is fully equipped with an oven, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator, freezer, kettle, and induction hob. For coffee, guests can use either a Senseo machine or a traditional filter coffee maker.Bedrooms and sleeping areas: The apartment has three sleeping areas. One bedroom features a 180x200 cm box-spring bed, bedside tables, lighting and a spacious wardrobe. The second bedroom has a 140x200 cm sofa bed, a desk with a stool, and a wardrobe. The third sleeping area is located on a charming loft, accessible via a fixed space-saving staircase from the living room, and has two 90x200 cm box-spring beds. Please note that the loft has a ceiling height of 1.90 metres in the centre.Bathroom: The modern bathroom includes a walk-in shower, toilet, illuminated mirror and a vanity unit with storage space for towels and toiletries.Outdoor space: The south-facing balcony is accessible from the living room and is furnished with a garden table and chairs. Guests also have access to a shared 300 m² garden, mostly laid to lawn and surrounded by tall trees.Practical amenities: A washing machine and dryer are available in the basement, which is convenient for longer stays. Ski equipment can also be stored there.Parking: Guests can park directly by the house or on the quiet street in front of the property.Important notes: Pets are not allowed in this holiday home. Young groups are not permitted. The accommodation is not wheelchair accessible and is not recommended for guests with limited mobility.

We ask for a deposit of € 100 through a SEPA form. This will be sent to you in advance and will be filled in at check-in. With the SEPA form, you authorize us to deduct up to € 100 if, for example, there is damage. If nothing is settled, the SEPA form will automatically lapse.

The rental price includes energy costs.

Bed linen, final cleaning, and tourist tax are mandatory and can be found on your reservation overview and/or invoice.

Towels, kitchen textiles, and children's furniture can be rented separately on request.
