The carport was a nice feature and made unpacking and loading the car easy. The guest gift basket with goodies and a personalized note was a very thoughtful touch. The fenced backyard was perfect for pets."

"This is a trailer house that has been completely remodeled with wood inside where the kitchen/dining room, bathroom, and living area. It is accurate with the pictures. As nice as the inside looked, we were a little surprised it was a trailer. The exterior is showing age, but overall it was very cozy and very nice. We went through two (2) pretty serious storms with no concern for safety at all. The property pretty much has everything someone would need, except a quick stop at Walmart just 10-15 minutes away for some food."
