"This is the second time I've stayed here. Location is perfect, as we were attending both Indians and Cavaliers games, which are minutes walks from the hotel. Staff is friendly, check-in was timely (no long lines) and the room was exactly what we expected.
We did not have our room cleaned after night 1, which was a surprise. Maybe that was the policy, but I assumed we would comeback from a day out to made beds.
Also, breakfast didn't start until 7am. My son and I were out at 6:30 both mornings, and we couldn't even get a cup of coffee.
That said, I would stay here again. Location was just too good, and everyone was friendly."
