"A bit dated Premier Inn not far from the ferry port of Dover. We had a relatively spacious room with a sea view. Bed was quite comfy, room was warm though as its not possible to open the windows properly. 115€ wasnt cheap though for what was offered."

"Had never stayed at a premier inn before so wasn’t aware of some of the strange rules like going down to reception each morning to ask for our room to be cleaned the same day, this was just plain stupid and by day 2 one of the staff kindly added this to our entire booking. The parking was painful as if you went out late you couldn’t get a park even though they make you pay for all the parking when you arrive, but again a staff member talked to Pizza Hutt and they let us park there a night....

"Staff are overworked. They have to check you in while serving at the bar. We were charged by Expedia and charged a second time when we checked in for the stay. Expedia refused to assist in the resolution, saying we had to work it out with the hotel. "

"Bad wifi and limited facilities. No fridge in the room, gym or anything really other than a square room with dodgy aircon. I would give it a 3 star but the staff were so friendly and helpful that it deserves a 5."

"Room had a wet mouldy smell, didnt get any better with airing out. The hotel is located in a industrial area Bathroom was worn but not the worst. The food at the connected resturant was bland but they had great understanding of gluten free. Overall was okay but wouldnt stay here again, especially at the price point."
