"I arrived earlier than the official check-in time and was informed by the front desk that I would have to wait until my room was ready. I was told that someone would call me once the room was available.
A little later, an employee called me and confirmed that everything was ready and that I could proceed to my room. However, barely 10 minutes after entering the room, another employee knocked on my door and questioned why I was already in the room, explaining that she still needed to inspect it and inform the front desk.
This situation was extremely confusing and uncomfortable. I followed the instructions given to me by your staff, so I do not understand why I was subsequently questioned as if I had entered the room without authorization.
This reflects poor communication and a lack of coordination among employees. Guests should not have to deal with internal communication failures, especially after being explicitly told that their room is ready."
