The Space:

Soft winter light filters through the trees as you settle in, the quiet of the mountains wrapping around you in a calm, snowy hush. After a day exploring Whistler, you can step inside, warm up beside the indoor fireplace, or sink into the private hot tub while the cold air rises above Fitzsimmons Creek. This townhouse offers a peaceful setting where you can unwind, reconnect, and enjoy the comfort of being close to the village while tucked into a quieter enclave.



Sleeping arrangements

Spread across three levels, this four-bedroom townhouse accommodates up to eight guests. The upper level features the primary bedroom with a king bed, TV, and a double-sided gas fireplace that extends into the ensuite bathroom. Here, you will find a soaking bathtub, a glass-enclosed shower, and a double vanity that creates a restful retreat after time outdoors. The second bedroom has a double bed, while the third offers a king-split bed for flexible sleeping arrangements. On the lower level, the fourth bedroom includes a king-split bed and its own ensuite bathroom with a glass-enclosed shower. A separate bathroom with a soaking tub and overhead rain shower is located on the upper floor, along with a convenient half bath within the home.

Winter days here invite you to enjoy the fresh mountain air before cozying up again. Parking is provided in a two-car private garage located within the secure underground parking lot. Check-in is contactless, with access granted via a unique door code. Detailed check-in instructions will be sent prior to arrival.



The Neighborhood:

Fitzsimmons Walk is located just north of Whistler Village, along the Valley Trail and beside Fitzsimmons Creek. This quiet, upscale enclave offers a rare mix of privacy, mountain views, and walkable access to shops, restaurants, and the gondolas. Nesters Market is just across the road for groceries and essentials, and the village is a 10–minute walk via a scenic trail. The area is ideal for guests seeking a peaceful setting close to Whistler’s core amenities.



Getting Around:

• 7-minute walk to the north end of the Village Stroll

•  4-minute walk to Nesters Market and surrounding shops & restaurants

• 2-minute drive to the Whistler Day Parking Lots

• 20-minute walk or 15-minute cycle to the Lost Lake trails

• Quiet hours. Whistler municipal bylaw states that quiet hours are between 10 pm and 8 am

Perfect location for an extended stay! Super convenient access to groceries etc. and easy walking distance to the village. Very spacious and easily accommodates family members who had to work remotely. Easy drop off access to the lifts and public transit right accross the street. Third time staying here and would return.

Great space that accommodated our group. The space was well stocked with everything you would need. You will need to bring your own spices if you plan to cook. Plenty of towels and comfy beds. Great location to The Village. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Great Week in WhiteGold

We loved this 4 bedroom luxury townhouse in White Gold had 2 good friends stay with us for 4 days and felt it was very private they stayed on the lower level with the King bed and ensuite. We stayed in the top floor master so we all had space to relax after a big day hiking . The main floor was perfect of dinner party for eight had good friends join us one night all left feeling it was the perfect night a great catch up. I would totally recommend this to the discerning traveller who wants a better whistler experience.

Fabulous unit in every way

These Fitzsimmons properties are wonderful - the amenities in this unit were outstanding, everything was super clean, and the neighborhood is nice and quiet (but yet close to the village). I would definitely stay here again! The property management was excellent - very responsive throughout our stay.

Perfect quiet spot - excellent service

We love Fitzsimmons walk. It's quiet (far enough from the Whistler Village crowds) but still an easy 10-15 min walk to the village and during the walk you can enjoy views of the spectacular surrounding mountains. The townhouses have everything you might need for your stay either in summer or winter. It's comfortable and cosy. The hot tub is great. We were very impressed with the service we got from Whistler Platinum - the house was in great shape and very clean, easy to talk to and really good follow up. Just note that if you don't like steep staircases (and 3 floors), this might not be the best place for you. But if you are in good shape from your hiking, biking or ski/snow boarding - you'll be fine!

Beautiful home property. Great communication. Quick response to inquiry. We have stayed here before and love coming here for some RNR. Everything was perfect except a broken espresso machine which they came to look at but needs replaced. Hopefully they will fix this for the next guest especially if they are coffee drinkers. :)

Perfect Location

NEW Fitzsimmons Walk 24 met our expectations. We stayed at the property last year while skiing at Whistler Blackcomb and returned again this year. Beautiful view, comfortable accommodations, and excellent location in walking distance to Whistler Village. Recommend the cleaning staff mop the flooring better. The owner has a beautiful property and would expect thorough cleaning in preparation for guests renting the property. We mopped the kitchen flooring upon our arrival to remove stains from the prior guests. Some basic additions would be a can opener, a wooden cutting board and a small chair in the bedrooms. Other than those few exceptions, we will most likely rent again during the same time next year. Whistler Platinum property management company does a fabulous job. Very attentive, friendly, and professional. Thank you for everything.

Our stay here has been amazing, with the location being \"just perfect\". It\'s close enough to walk to restaurants, yet far enough away from all the crowds. It felt like home, having a big enough kitchen with more than just the standard tools. The rooms were done up really nicely. The entire suite was clean, ready to use. Every time I reached out to staff either via email or phone, the staff were very cheery and ready to be of service. Thank you to your team of professionals who left a very good impression with us.
