"Loved the location. Staff was friendly and helpful. We were informed regarding no air conditioner prior to arrival, but we figured since it was Oct it would not be a concern. It was hot in the apartment, but the staff was able to give us an extra fan."

"الفندق مقبول نوعا ما . الفوط كانت مستهلكه . لا يوجد مناديل بالغرفه"

"It is well situated, close to the tube and two Sainbury locations."

"Room was boring in a good way. Neat, clean, everything available. That said. It could use some more interesting walls and some coathangers in the hallway."

"The property, apart from being spacious and well equipped, is close to tube and buses and shopping aplenty."

"Great location, large room and friendly staff"

"Die Duschen laufen nicht so gut ansonsten alles super"

"The location was perfect. Just past the Tower tube stop. Rooms were spacious. Beds very comfortable. Breakfast well worth the cost. Two green spaces adjacent. Pickleball count across window. Fun to watch players. ZiZi’s restaurant just two blocks down and across the street Small reception area but always manned. Note: no hand rail on the stairs to the entrance. Difficult to manage with luggage"

"The room was as described but it is also important to note what you aren't getting. The biggest issue for me - as a professional on business, was the lack of an iron and ironing board in room. There was one iron and a miniature ironing board in the communal room serving the entire block of rooms on all floor, but on two occasions someone had taken it to their room so it was unavailable to use (at 6am). This wasn't a great deal cheaper than a hotel but the inconvenience in this regard is...

"While not terrible for the price, and in decent condition, the cumbersome unmanned check-in process, Spartan exterior, lack of a front desk, and poor soundproofing (for a hotel next to a train station, a busy road and a number of bars) lead to an experience that could be best described as ‘adequate’."
