"The room was immaculate. Very cozy and comfortable. The mattress was ok but I’m picky about what I sleep on. It could’ve been a little more structured, it seemed kind of old and uneven. "

"Nice room, comfortable bed, nice bathroom, well stocked kitchenette, lots of electrical outlets, lots of coat hangers in the closet, good tv channels, nice pool, free and ample parking, free coffee, laundry room, small gym, near a lot of stores and restaurants, people at the front desk were nice especially Mitchell. My only suggestions are to put new carpets in the halls as the one on my floor needed replacing and also the fan in the bathroom didn't work. This hotel doesn't have free breakfast but I don't usually eat free hotel breakfasts anyway and the price / cost of the room was great. They don't clean the room every day only upon request and you can get new towels whenever which to me is a good thing. The room was well stocked with towels etc. so I really didn't need anything anyway. I've stayed here before when I'm in the area and will continue to do so. "

"Room was great. Accommodated amenities while I’m adjusting from rough surgery and bad news was a nice surprise and helped lifted my spirits a lot. Come every year on Thanksgiving and always enjoy my stay. This year was gonna tough and like I said, I just told them it was tough for me and they went out of way to make my room fill me with joy and surprise. It just made me happy to know someone put care into everything. I’m grateful. "
