This was the nicest stay I have had in years. Felt like a weekend with your best friend and they are an excellent host. Every amenity and design of the place is well intentioned and thought out. I will definitely be back!

Close to downtown great city view

This was the fourth time I’ve stayed here, and I’ll keep coming back. The location is very handy for families of Columbia College, the rooms are clean, comfortable and well appointed. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful, and it’s priced well.

I stayed here to visit my child that attends the Art Institute and I was completely impressed. I will definitely stay here again.

Room was clean and nice, and dining was great. Staff was super kind and also got us in earlier than check in without us even asking

We will definitely be staying here again! Great location, clean room, and great service. They even have a great complimentary breakfast which is a must have in a city like Chicago. The staff was great also. We had to switch trains for an earlier one due to weather and got into Chicago in the AM. Check in is 4pm and with two small children we were worried about what to do for hours but the staff helped us out and luckily had a room available.

Great place but no refrigerator in the room

Great Property! Loved the space in the rooms!

Very nice room and facilities. Staff very helpful. Room was fine, but bedcover was snagged - needed replaced. Half and half in kitchen was so old it had congealed - housekeeping should pay closer attention to these details. Nevertheless, I had a good experience overall and would stay there again.

Great location for our needs. Pricey but it IS Chicago.

Fun vibe! Great location laid back yet classy.

Great location, nice amenities

Wonderful boutique hotel in excellent Fulton Market area. Walkable to excellent dining and shopping options. The staff were all very friendly and efficient and we loved the convenience of the attached coffee shop.

The staff was amazing and the room was super spacious and clean!! The best layout of a room for a family of 3 who enjoy separate beds and a little privacy. We had the room with two queen beds and a sofa. Amazing view of chicago from the sky deck and the pool was a nice temp! Breakfast had great options and was delicious! Rosemary seasoned potatoes and captain crunch caught my eye! The elevator was a bit hard to navigate at times as you need a key. But great safety feature so no complaints!...

Very good stay for first time Chicago visitors. Very safe and clean

Great location, nice staff.

We arrived a little early at 9am to valet the car and explore the city. We were DELIGHTED when the manager not only checked us in 6 hours early but also upgraded our single king to a double bed room with both a KING and QUEEN. We have loved the stay so far. Abby the night desk lady went above and beyond to find us drinks when the little store ran out and Evangeline at the bar was the BEST! Will recommend!

It was centrally located for our needs. Union Staion is a short walk even with luggage. We walked to the Riverwalk and to a Park on Lake Michigan. It is doable if you are someone who likes to walk. Staff was friendly and helpful.
