Some seats in the booths were disgusting. Ripped and dirty, not fit for sitting on!! We were very surprised that they have left them like it! Reception staff were polite and helpful. We arrived by coach, as its not all undercover we hot soaked."

"A historic pub and hotel , lovely staff, room very clean and comfy and breakfast to order and nice fresh food . Lovely Frome is worth exploring and the pub restaurant very welcoming . An amazing bus service to Bath from the front of hotel.. runs till midnight ! "
