"Our experience at this property was excellent. Both the interior and exterior of the rental was very clean and well maintained. Though the house is older, it has been renovated very nicely and met all of our needs. The neighborhood was very peaceful and the neighbors were friendly. There are several laundry mats within walking distance. There are also plenty of food options (7/11, bodegas, chinese food and an excellent pizza place!) This property is within walking distance of several NJ transit...

"It was clean, centrally located to cash bus into Manhattan. Plenty of places near to catch a bite to eat. "

"Perfect for families! We booked a 3 room suite and were very impressed with how clean and well maintained everything was. The space gave us plenty of room to spread out hard to find in NYC. The host was friendly and accommodating throughout our visit. Parking is a bit tough to find, but honestly, that’s just New York City be prepared to hunt for street spots. Overall, a solid 9/10. We would definitely return!"

"This is a property in the basement . Door directly facing the garbage refuse area. The stairway to get to this basement apartment is very steep and unclean, there were cockroaches roaming around outside the apartment, the apartment itself was decent on the inside . The location is good too. How ever the garbage refuse area and the unclean stairway downstairs are very off putting . This again may / may not be in the host’s control, hence the 4 stars. "

"The entire venue was nothing short of excellent! Great value. Great location! Super easy and quick trip to Manhattan on top of it."

"Great place to sleep for a family. Plenty of food and shopping options nearby. Bus stop is very close as well. Towels are provided, but not washcloths, so pack your own. Clear communication, smooth check in, and overall great value for a family or group who plans to be out all day."

"Wonderful place. Would stay here again. The host was also very accommodating."
