"Overall, this property was perfect for what we needed - a good place to crash after busy days in NYC. It’s definitely an old brownstone and the furniture wasn’t terribly comfortable, but the bed was cozy and it’s otherwise a nice, quiet place to stay. You do hear the family upstairs, but that was no big deal at all; it’s part of apartment living in the city. It was a great neighborhood, easy to get around and a great spot if you want ti be close to NYC."

"This place has a super cute vibe and a great balcony space. The bed was very comfortable and the place had air conditioning which made for a good night’s sleep! The host was very responsive. The overhead rain shower was nice. The location was perfect for us visiting my daughter just a short walk away. My only notes would be that the toilet was plugged and not flushing right upon arrival. There was a plunger to fix that. (But still.) The bathroom sink could use some Draino. There were 3 narrow...
